I found Andy and the kids back at the van. They had been waiting for me, and I felt like a chump. Of course they were. They knew me too well now.

But one of them was missing. “Where’s The Silent One?”

“He’ll meet us at Home later. He wanted to spend the night with his family, see their new place and everything.” Andy said from the driver’s seat. She was smiling.

“So… it’s really all over?” I asked.

“Yeah.” She said. “We’re going back to Home so the kids’ parents know where to find them. They’ll probably want to take them home after all this. Better just make it easier on them.”

“Yeah, I guess so.” It felt like something was missing. I looked back at the kids in the car. Sparrow was in the front seat, but with Bugsy gone the rest of them only took up the back seat.

Andy saw me looking back at them. “You want to know who they really are, don’t you?”

“Yeah, I do. I know we said only Maskhead names but I feel like I know you all too well to just call you…
