If Witches Could Fly.
A fictional journey into social media, magic and life.
It starts with one witch, a college student who feels like she has no purpose in life at that moment. So she trains, and learns to fly exceedingly long distances. She becomes the first witch to fly across the country.
The second witch to do so Instagrams every step of her journey, under the hashtag #cloudbycloud.
The first witch feels bad for not documenting her journey.
The second witch, not wanting her to go unnoticed and feeling bad for denying her sister her due, names her The First In Flight. She honors her with a naming ritual (live streamed to witch groups, of course).
The Second continues to lend her talent for publicity to the First, who is naturally kind but shy. They publicize a journey they take together.
The First writes out tips, and then manuals, on how to fly long distances safely and effectively.
#cloudbycloud spreads in popularity. People think it’s to highlight solo travel and all-women travel groups. People start landing brand sponsorships, which everyone in private witch groups finds hilarious.
Adventurer witches emerge, preferring to travel only at night so as to preserve true travel freedom. They wear North Face…
